    <summary type="html">Yes I have, before taking any action by yourselves I would see the doc. I was prescribed doxipin worked great for the itching. The welts also come and go for me spmetimes they start dripping lot's of fluid havn't found a way to deal with them.</summary>

    <summary type="html">My wife has had Hep-C for over 20 tears now and is at end-stage cirrosis. She has had almost violent episodes of itchy skin. She even has welts on certain areas of her body. We have tried several things which work mildly at first for awhile and then stop. Has anyone out there experienced this and what have you done to relieve the itch.</summary>
