My day began with a sinus infection and sore throat, closely followed with my drinking a n a s t y herb concoction I'd made the night before, a glass of orange juice, and coffee just to finish off the old stomach. I've just gone and spent $111 and spent 1-1/2 at acupuncture. I've had another 8 oz of herbs, another glass of orange juice and have a second herbal formula to drink. Oh, and I cooking up another witches brew.

Why you ask? Because my assistant has kids and doesn't take care of herself (see how I'm blaming her Tiffany?) and has no problem working three days a week when it is to call in sick when she is well, but who comes into the office and sulks around with the oh poor me attitude and doesn't even pretend to do anything as instructed and writes long notes back about what a pain in the bazooka it was for her to do something, which she then considers done, but isn't because all she did was the first step, and who, are you still with me?, sneezes, coughs, often without a tissue or covering hand in sight, who touches everything in sight, and who clearly doesn't wash her hands because in the past year I've never seen her in the ladies room, and who does not go to a doctor so she never gets meds or gets well and she just spreads germs everywhere. To recap, she is a walking vector and she is making me sick and I hate her guts. Phew, nice to get that out. It's been a long sinus headache, upset stomach, hope I don't have to ask a client to use the restroom, kinda day. Guess I'll go check on my herb pot and drink my istatis now.

Sherrill, I didn't, not one cleansing breath. But it's the weekend and the weather is spring/summer here, at least for today, so I'm going to breathe now!
