Post Tx riba-rage is a reallity. I'm going back on mood stablizers after getting by with just a mild anti-deppressant for years now. Mood swings have been loud and clear since I got off treatment.

Well, I guess it's time for me to take a trip to the herbalist and get ready for the rollercoaster ride to continue.
So, far I have a little moodiness, but am really tired. I'm taking herbs and suppliments to take care of this, but it will take a few weeks for it to build up enough to effect my daily energy level.

Brock I gave up smoking 10 years ago but I make a wonderful 'herbal' tea ;>). I think you'll find those rages improve as time goes on but what do you do until then? exactly!
