Breakfast and lunch will be provided free-of-charge.
Pre-registration is required.
Guest rooms are available at a discounted rate at the Cathedral Hill Hotel for participants wishing to stay overnight at the conference locale. Room charges are not covered by the Hepatitis C Caring Ambassadors Program. To make reservations at the discounted rate, call the Cathedral Hill Hotel at 1-415-776-8200. Be sure to tell the agent you’re with the Choices in Care Program. As a service to participants staying at the hotel, HCCAP is providing the option of submitting room sharing requests via an online registration form. Participants will be responsible for contacting others wanting to share a room, and for making hotel reservations and payment.
